On Wednesday 2nd April 2025, RTITB will be upgrading its phone systems to enhance our service and improve your experience when calling us. While we aim to keep disruptions to a minimum, there may be brief periods over the following two weeks when our direct dial phone numbers are temporarily affected.
What This Means for RTITB Partners and Members
Our new system brings several improvements:
- Queue Position Updates – our new system will inform you of your position in the queue, allowing you to choose to wait or leave a voicemail/request a call back.
- Enhanced Call Monitoring – a visual display in our office will help our team monitor call volumes and ensure more people are added to answer calls when volumes are high.
- Call Recording for Quality Assurance – calls will be recorded for training and quality purposes, ensuring we provide the best possible support.
