RTITB has recently achieved the Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance. But what does this mean for you?
At RTITB, we believe it’s incredibly important to be cyber secure as this helps us to protect the data of our partners and members, as well as those attending RTITB accredited training or Driver CPC courses, using MyRTITB Training Friend or buying from the RTITB Shop.
The Cyber Essentials scheme is designed to help guard against common cyber threats and to receive this certificate we have had to pass an assessment that recognises the secure systems and processes that we have put in place.
Cyber-attacks come in many shapes and sizes, but the vast majority are very basic in nature. Certification via this simple Government backed scheme can give us, our partners and members, and those that they train, some peace of mind against the vast majority of common cyber-attacks.
Although we have received this certification, we continually review the measures we have in place to make sharing any data with us, or using our website, as safe as it can be. After all, safety is at the heart of everything we do.
