Question: I have lost my RTITB operator/driver card/certificate. What do I do?

Question: How can I check an operators/drivers card/certificate is valid?
Answer: If you would like to carry out an RTITB certificate check, all cards and certificates issued by RTITB (from August 2018) have a QR code. Simply use your phone camera to scan the code and search our operator registration database.
Alternatively, you will find a 9-digit registration number on the card or certificate. Visit the RTITB Verify page to search for the operator/driver using this number. If the operator/driver is in the RTITB database, their profile will show up. Click on ‘Details’ to view their training information.
All registration numbers are 9 digits in length. If it looks like the RTITB card or certificate but the number is less than 9 digits, give us a call on +968 92806270.
Question: How can I check an instructor’s qualification is valid?
Answer: If you would like to carry out an RTITB instructor check, simply find the 9-digit registration number on the card or certificate. How can I get a lifting and heavy equipment Operator certification?
Answer: We often get asked how to get a lifting and heavy equipment Operator certification. When you complete lifting equipment or heavy equipment operations training with an accredited RTITB training institute, you will receive a card/certificate. You can find professional lifting equipment operations training courses from RTITB Accredited Training Partners here.
How long does an RTITB lifting and heavy equipment operations operator qualification last?
To maintain your RTITB registration, you must complete a refresher training course through an RTITB Accredited Training Partner. In the Sultanate of Oman, your qualification is valid for three years, while in other Middle Eastern countries, it remains valid for two years.
