Easing of restrictions - RTITB Coronavirus updates

In recent months it hasn’t always been easy to get timely support from our team. We have also listened to your feedback in the annual customer survey. You told us that you wanted to have clear points of contact and speak to the same team members regularly.

In light of this feedback, we have established a dedicated Accreditation and Instructor Services Customer Support Team, Driver CPC Customer Support Team, and RTITB Instructor Academy Team. We have also recruited more team members who start at the end of May/early June.

Accreditation & Instructor Services

  • Anna Chodaczek – Customer Support Manager (Accreditation & Instructor Services)
  • Leanne Hill – Customer Support (Accreditation & Instructor Services)
  • Sarah Scully – Customer Support (Accreditation & Instructor Services)
  • Jasmine Marshall – Customer Support (Accreditation & Instructor Services)

  • Christine Cooper Hughes – Online Shop Administrator

The Accreditation & Instructor Services Team can be contacted on +44 (0)1952 520200, Option 1, Option 1 or +44 (0)1952 520204. This team provides customer support for Accreditation, NORS, TrainingFriend App, eLearning/eTruck, Exams, Instructor Registrations and the online Shop. Driver CPC

  • Sarah Brown – Driver CPC Manager
  • Joel O’Brien – Customer Support (Driver CPC)
  • Rachael Venn – Customer Support (Driver CPC) – start date: 23rd May

The Driver CPC Team can be contacted on +44 (0)1952 520200, Option 1, Option 2 or +44 (0)1952 520211. This team provides customer support for Driver CPC and MDRS.

Of course, the new team members who will be starting in the next few weeks will need training, but we are aiming for normal service levels to resume as soon as possible.
