The course provides candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to instruct in any industrial or commercial environment. From automation to manufacturing, this course is suitable for people wishing to deliver operational workplace training.
By the end of the course candidates will:
- Be able to prepare, plan and deliver training in a commercial and industrial environment
- Be able to recall and discuss the responsibilities of an instructor
- Be able to recall and discuss the different types of learning, delivery methods, techniques and styles
The Industrial and Commercial Instructor course concludes with an objective examination carried out by an RTITB examiner. All elements of the examination must be passed in order to successfully qualify as an RTITB instructor. Achieving an RTITB instructor qualification is something to be truly proud of. Successful candidates are eligible to register on the RTITB Register of Professional Instructors.
