What is the Big Logistics Diversity Challenge?
Big Logistics Diversity Challenge is a team-building event, launched in 2019. It promotes the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the logistics and warehousing sector. The event is described as a cross between It’s a Knockout and The Krypton Factor! With physical, mental, and skill-based challenges.
Logistics and warehousing professionals come together to tackle diversity. With diverse and gender-balanced teams going head-to-head.
It gives companies the chance to share best practices and to network. All to help shape a more inclusive sector.
You can enter your own team of up to 10 members, or sign up to join with another team. There are set to be new challenges in 2025. Plus inspirational speakers at the event. Get involved!
